We kindly ask that no new SBD or MATRIX recordings be uploaded within the date range of April 1999 to December 2004 unless permission is granted. There are a number of shows within that date range that are allowed so please send an email to see if that show is ok to upload. Microphone AUD recordings are still permitted and welcomed within that date range.

On November 13, 2002, LOS gave permission for shows to be hosted at the Archive:
In response to our question,
"Would this new archive.org site be covered under their regular trading policy? I ask because the etree archive would like
to hear a simple "yes, go ahead"..."
Manager Jon Joy replied,
"Yes this would be fine."
